BBC Radio 3’s Composer of the Week, 14-18 March, focuses on Women of the MacDowell Colony. Bray was resident at the Colony in 2013 and in 2015. Friday’s episode, entitled Crossing Boundaries, features a recording of Bray’s ‘At the Speed of Stillness’, recorded live by the Aldeburgh World Orchestra under Sir Mark Elder at the BBC Proms in 2012.
